My Emergency Essential Oils Kit
Dear Aroma Fan,
What do you have in your medicine cabinet?
I can not talk for Irish people, but in France, lots of people store a massive amount of various types of medications that they sometimes do not even use.
You know the famous "just in case"!!!!
Rather than having unused conventional medications, I would like you to consider to have few essential oils bottles to built an emergency essential oils kit.
NB: I am not against conventional medications and medicine. But my first choice always goes for natural products and if it does not work (very rarely, I have to say) then I call my GP and get an appointment :-)
Alternative Medicine
Nowadays, alternative medicines get very popular.
More than one third of people use them going to the therapist and/or on their own.
In alternative medicine, plants can be transform to make:
- homeopathy granules
- Bach floral remedies
- herbal teas
- mineral powders
- etc...
Combine Aromatherapy & Homeopathy
Essential oils are very strong molecules. And if you use homeopathy remedies at the same time than essential oils, the last ones can suppress the subtle action of homeopathy remedies.
It doesn't mean you have to use one or other but if you want to combine their actions, better to be aware of:
- Store essential oils botlles and homeopathy remedies in different places
- Use your essential oils at least 1 hour after taking your homeopathy remedies
- If you use essential oils first, take homeopathy remedies 2 to 2.30 hour after using essential oils
