Therapeutic Oils handmade in Connemara
An abdominal massage called 'Chi Nei Tsang'

Chi Nei Tsang, an internal organ chi abdominal massage

Chi Nei Tsang means an internal organ chi massage. A type of internal Qi Gong.

According to the Oriental medicine, The Tan Dien (a litte area at 3 to 4 cm below the navel) is our main vital enegy centre by which we access to all major organs.

This centre is the hub of our second brain, also the eteric nervous system, a door to reach underlying emotional issues that we might not be fully conscious of.

Life is full of ups and downs

"One minute you feel on top of the world.
Everything is going great.
Then all of sudden, everything is falling down.
And nothing is going right."
Jesse Eker

It is what happened to me, almost 3 years ago when mum rang to tell that dad has just passed away. Went for exams and found a new home.

My daughter says at that time, "Daddo flies in the sky".

***

At the moment, I am travelling to Paris to complete the last module of the Chi Nei Tsang practitioner training.

I have been traveling once a month since last September with tonsils that don't like air conditioning.

To keep them safe, out of germs and bacterias, I travel with a small spray full of essential oils made with anti-fungal, viral, infectious, immune stimulant properties.

Germs and bacterias are vicious, especially in a plane. You can not ESCAPE!
So many people from different countries trapped in a closed environment breathing the same air. So amazing for creating a mutant germs cocktail!!!

But essential oils are very volatile and also travel very well and quickly through air conditioning ;-)

An aroma bodyguard spray

This formula is suitable for children, pregnant, nursing woman or epileptic people :-)

For a 15 ml bottle

  •  Ravintsara (Cinnamomum Camphora) ~ 20 drops
  •  Ginger (Zingiber Officinalis) ~ 10 drops
  •  Tea Tree (Melaleuca Alternifolia) ~ 20 drops
  •  Petit Grain (Citrus Aurantium ssp Amara) ~ 15 drops
  •  Niaouli (Melaleuca Quinquenervia) ~ 10 drops
  •  Alcohol (vodka or 60 degrees modified alcohol) ~ top up the bottle

Use it like a perfume

  • One or two sprays before getting in the plane
  • Spray your hand palms, rub them to get rid of alcohol & deeply breath in and out 3 times
  • Avoid eyes and mouth spraying

In case of Jet lag

If you have to cope with jet lag during your journey, this formula works quite well:

  • Lemon (Citrus Limon)
  • Peppermint (Mentha Piperita)
  • Ginger (Zingiber Officinalis)
    • In equal part in a bottle (10ml for instance, easy to travel with)
    • 1 drop 4 times a day for 3 days in intake with honey, sugar or bread
    • or
    • Deeply breath from the bottle if you don't feel comfortable to take in intake

If you have a tiny budget, and only can buy one essential oil, then buy

  • Cinnamon (Cinnamomum Zeylanicum) essential oil
    • 1 drop 4 times a day for 3 days or deeply breath from the bottle

This formula is for adult only

If you travel for Valentine's, Safe travel.

Warmly, Céline ;-)
